Refund Policy

We want TerminalEdge to be worth your while. This policy explains trials, cancellations, and refunds. TerminalEdge is operated by Edu Prado Sounds Ltd, a company registered in Ireland.
1. Free trial
New accounts start with a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends at no cost.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not automatically pro-rate or refund the remainder of a period after it has started.
3. Refunds
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a period has renewed. For annual plans, if you are unhappy, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will consider a refund in good faith. If you were charged in error or experienced a billing problem, contact us and we will make it right.
4. AI credit packs
AI credits are a digital good delivered immediately and consumed as you use AI features. Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits do not expire.
5. EU/UK statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. By starting to use digital content (such as AI credits) immediately, you may waive that right for that content. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
