Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TerminalEdge (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Edu Prado Sounds Ltd, a company registered in Ireland, trading as TerminalEdge (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What TerminalEdge is
TerminalEdge is a web-based market-analysis dashboard that aggregates market data (real-time for US markets; end-of-day for many international instruments), charts, news, sentiment, and AI-generated summaries and strategy ideas. It is an informational and educational tool only. It is not a broker, is not a registered investment adviser, and does not execute trades or hold funds.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. All trading and investment decisions are your own, and trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for verifying information before acting on it.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person unless otherwise agreed.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
The Service is offered on a 14-day free trial (no card required) followed by a paid subscription (monthly or annual), plus optional one-time AI credit packs. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. You can cancel anytime from your billing page and retain access until the end of the current period. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect the period already paid, and Founding Member rates are locked for the life of the subscription and are not affected by later list-price increases. AI credits are a digital good and are consumed as you use AI features.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data; not to share your account; not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; and not to use it unlawfully. Market data is provided under our data providers’ terms and is for your personal use only.
6. Third-party data and services
Market data is provided by Twelve Data, news by Alpaca, and other third parties, and may be delayed — including end-of-day for many international instruments — or contain errors. AI features are powered by third-party model providers. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or output.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service, are governed by the laws of Ireland, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Where you use the Service as a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may also bring proceedings there. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
